Booking Terms and Conditions
 
PAYMENT
Payment for your stay will be made in two installments: the first during the confirmation process and the second one week before your stay begins. Your booking is not confirmed until the initial payment is complete. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in.
 
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a booking cancellation, there will be no refund of payments made.
In case of no-show without prior contact with the property, the booking will be canceled from 10:00 AM on the day following arrival.
 
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is until 10:00 AM. If you wish to check out later, you must check availability in advance with the La Pinassa team.
 
TOURIST TAX
Currently, the tourist tax is €1 per person per night. This fee only applies to a maximum of 7 nights and is for guests aged 16 and over. It is not included in the rental price.


Terms and Conditions of Stay
 
1. Registration: Guests are required to indicate the total number of people in their party and provide their corresponding identification documents.
 
2. Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior authorization.
 
3. Conduct: Guests are required to behave respectfully and abide by the rules of coexistence. Any noise, loud music inside the apartment and in the building's common areas, as well as the entry of unauthorized persons, is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from midnight to 9:00 AM.
 
4. Departure: Guests must vacate the apartment before 10:00 AM (unless a later departure has been previously agreed upon) in a reasonably clean condition, empty except for the furniture, without trash, and with all furniture and inventory items returned to their original places.
 
5. Security Deposit: In addition to the payment for the stay, the guest pays a €300 security deposit to guarantee that the apartment is left in a clean, undamaged, and complete condition upon departure. The property will refund the security deposit within a maximum of 7 business days after check-out and confirmation of the condition of the accommodation by the housekeeping team.
 
6. Liability: The landlord is not liable for any incidents such as injuries, damages, losses, theft, delays, extra expenses, or any other inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond their control. Under no circumstances may the tenant possess flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials, nor carry out any type of industrial, immoral, or unusual activities in the apartment that could disturb the other residents of the complex where the apartment is located. The tenant assumes direct and exclusive responsibility, and releases the property owner from all liability, for any damages that may be caused to persons or property arising from the installations for services and supplies of the rented vacation home.
 
7. Right of Admission: The tenant reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who shows signs of intoxication and/or consumption of prohibited substances, aggressive and/or arrogant behavior, or a clear lack of respect for the established rules and/or for others, whether guests or staff of the establishment.
